On the 29th August members and supporters of the fundraising team were invited to an award night and lab tour were a plague was unveiled in the labs at St. James in Leeds celebrating the groups first £100,000. raised Pictured Marcus Gregg, Melissa Crowley, Andy Jackson and Samjar Singh.
The RATMA team were honored to be asked along to the unveiling ceremony, which celebrates an amazing achievement by Andy and his team. We look forward to building a long and prosperous link with Cancer Research UK and have pledged to donate profits from ticket sales for RATMA 2014 to help with this amazing work.
We were given a quick tour of the labs and met with scientists working on finding cures after attended a talk on one branch of this research involving Micro RNA.
